At Bed Bath Plus we want you to be completely satisfied with your order. You may return any item that is new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, minus shipping costs. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error. Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery must be unopened and is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
If you need to return an item, please follow these steps:
1) Contact Bed Bath Plus Customer Service at (951)749-0188 to initiate your return. We are available on M-F from 9am-4pm PST for your service.
2) You will be issued an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number
3) Please include your RMA number on the outside of the box
4) Please include your packing slip in the box and send the package to the following address so we can process your return:
